Growing up with a brother with severe autism who is non-verbal has shaped my values and how I see the world. As a result, I have developed an understanding of non-verbal communication. In addition, it has allowed me to see the world from many views. Not only does this shape my strong sense of compassion, empathy, and acceptance of differences, but it also inspires innovation and creativity.
